My little tribute to the often forgotten members of any band, Bass guitar is much more difficult than people imagine, and requires precise timing, control and patience. Plus, without bassists, most music would sound underwhelming and tinny, missing out on the subtle beat and motif/riffs that hold pieces together. Still not convinced? Just look (and listen) to Flea from Red Got Chilli Peppers, his sounds are almost divine.
I never really know what to write here, I usually just note my similarities to the acerbic Bernard Black and then leave it there. I’m not one to break tradition so, there you go.

Brilliant!! As a former bassist I totally agree with what your saying. Without Bass music wouldnt be music. Listen to Sgt Pepper by the Beatles and just listen to what the bass is doing. Divine dosnt come close to it
