I’m ninth generation horticulturist. Naturally, I gravitate to the flowers. The bulk of them here are for a much larger project, but I’ve still got a lot of flowers left to photograph before assembly. I am working on some panoramas of the Roanoke valley, but this years fall colors were dismal and my summer shots had horizon problems and I didn’t make it back up to the star (Roanoke Star) for a new series. The good news is that I’ve gotten comfortable enough with my Canon Xsi (450D) that I’ll be shooting bracketed shots come spring, I’ll be trying some HDR Panoramas. Speaking of the Roanoke Star, I suppose I should go out and get some shots of it all lit up to Share. I’ll add that to my list!
