Artist's Description

This is a photo of a Western Australian native commonly called Prickly Moses (Acacia pulchella).

These are often referred to as Wattle which is the common name for most Acacia plants.

This particular variety has long, thin spines on its branches which can hurt if you are not aware of them.

This photo was taken at Kings Park using my Canon 40D.
