The Seven Deadly Sins

The desire runs like fire
Swimming through my veins
The inhale takes me higher
A pleasure I can’t contain
A leisure so consuming
I can feel its grip
I pull you in closer
And taste your burning lips

I cannot resist
This taste to warm and sweet
From women I long to lay with
To food I long to eat
The consumption is so soothing
Moving me inside
Filling me with such warmth
By the rules I can’t abide

I want it all to fall at my feet
But it will never render me complete
But such a treat I can’t resist
It’s not enough to have just one kiss
I want it all; the love, the wealth
All for me, forget everyone else
I will consume for eternity
It’s a desire that lies deep within me

Idle I will lay
Alone feeling pain
Slumber for hours
Then forefil the desire to complain
No consideration for anyone around me
For misery is all that surrounds me
Binds to me this motionless state
Feeding me the hurt and hate

It lies inside and that’s where it hides
But in time, to the surface it will climb
And it will pry me apart
And I will fight to tear out your heart
My teeth will grit and my blood will boil
I’ll lay you down, deep in the soil
‘Cuz this feeling it cuts so deep
The hatred’s burning; I can feel its heat

I’ll take what is rightfully mine
You are heading for a steady decline
You don’t deserve it, but I do
You have hold of what doesn’t belong to you
I want it now, so give it to me
The consequences; soon you will see
My desire for what you hold
Fills me with feelings that renders me cold

I refuse to hide this feeling inside
A vanity that will never die
You can try but you’ll never surpass me
I’m so much more than you; you’ll never outlast me
‘Cuz I am a God and I am a leader
I’m a fighter, are you a believer?
I don’t care ‘cuz I don’t need you
‘Cuz with my might I will slowly bleed you

The Seven Deadly Sins

Yes, I am a sinner
I don’t deny it
I see no reason to
I won’t even try it
I desire the women
I will overindulge
I’ll take more than is needed
And I will revolt
I’ll hate with all my might
I’ll get jealous of what you have
But through it all I’ll love myself
And disregard everyone else
