Spring time

One of my favorite shots. It comes with a funny story – it was photographed in a front garden of a house not far from my home. The lady living in the ground floor encouraged me in taking few shots there, and as I did so, I got chased out five minutes later by the man on the first floor. Luckily, I´ve managed to take few great shots by that time, including this one.

It´s cheerful, isn´t it. My only regret is that it was taken with the D70, so the print size is limited. Otherwise I´d hang it already on my wall :)

Oh you could still hang it no problem, especially if you matted and framed it… it would be stunning! I can print it out here for you if you want, but you’ll have to wait until I get back from Canada because I have to stock up on cheap ink cartridges :)

Beautiful image! Love the contrast of red and purple. I use a D70s for all my photography and my prints will go to 20” x 16” no worries!
