I followed this baby wren as it fledged from its nest in a flower pot. It seemed to be used to my face as I had been checking on the brood for a couple of weeks or so. I love its little pig tails sticking out all over its head and its wide-eyed look of wonder at the big world it has just discovered. It seemed to be saying, “Yikes! Where’s my mama?” as its flower pot world had just expanded way beyond its tiny view of things.
