I spotted this tiny amber wing dragonfly shortly after sunrise as it rested in a sea of grasses, its tiny body sparkling with dewdrops as the first rays of morning sunshine illuminated its golden hues. I read somewhere that this dragonfly mimics a wasp and thus preserves its life from predatory birds.
