Shared joy is double joy . . . by

I love the Swedish proverb: “Shared joy is a double joy; shared sorrow is half a sorrow.” Mirrored images of the Eastern bluebird, symbol of happiness, seemed to be a good match for the saying.

Great proverb and a stunning composition to illustrate it! The vibrant colours of the birdies on the white background really makes the image pop!!! ;o)

What a wonderful proverb to go with this image. I’ll have to write this one down. Gorgeous pose on this lovely bird.
