My godchild, Mary Beth, is moving to a new house and just celebrated her birthday. I invited her to look through my portfolio and pick something as a birthday/housewarming gift. She chose two images, St. Mary’s Oak and Old Giants. The latter was in color and at her request I converted it to black and white so she’d have a pair of black and white scenes for her new home’s entryway. Though she lives in Kansas, thoughts of the huge mossy oaks in the Deep South are still with her and dear to her. So Happy Birthday and Happy New Home, Mary Beth. Hope you like this! Love, Nanny Bonnie
