With the arrival of summer comes fresh fruit, sweet and juicy and filled with wholesome goodness. I made a trip to a produce market and had to photograph the goods before cutting them up into fruit salad. This collage is a celebration of the abundance of the season.

I surely have been using the macro flash! I’m surprised that I figured out the basic use of the contraption by myself! If you check out the two dragonfly uploads and the Calla Lily collage, you’ll see some of my initial efforts with the flash; this one is also an experimental run with my new toy!
