Orange Delight
This image consists of three layers, the background layer which is a daylily macro, and the two overlapping images, a Gulf Fritillary butterfly and a zinnia.
After selecting the background image, I selected two photos to overlay over the original image. I removed everything but the butterfly and the zinnia in those images, copied and pasted them onto the background image, and then tweaked the layers for this effect. I also added a drop shadow to the entire image to give it the black backdrop for contrast. Hope someone likes this; it was lots of fun to put together.
