Warbler at the Suet Log
I’ve been working on trying to photograph birds on the move. Up until last week when I started experimenting with seagulls, I had pretty much relegated my shots to still poses on branches. This morning, I tried my hand at the warblers that visit the suet log. They are much smaller and much more erratic than the seagulls so it wasn’t easy but I pulled off a decent shot or two. Here’s one of them, a yellow rumped warbler hovering near the log filled with peanut butter treat for his breakfast.

Warbler at the Suet Log belongs to the following groups:

I’d say this is more than just a “decent” shot you pulled off here Bonnie. When I saw the thumbnail, I presumed it was a hummer, but was I surprised to see that you have very nicely captured a warbler in flight. Great job!!
