Cereus Night Blooming Flower Profile II
The Cereus Night Blooming cactus is a splendid flower to behold. This one opened up around 11 p.m. and filled the night air with an intoxicating fragrance. It’s amazing to think that a lowly cactus plant which is not particularly attractive could produce a flower of this magnitude. The ugly duckling that produces an elegant swan! This side view is part of a series I’m adding to the RB portfolio.

Still beautiful Bonnie. Very good clarity, color, lighting and fine detail; the contrast is perfect.

Though I had to burn the midnight oil to get this shot, it was worth the time and effort to see this beauty and to smell its perfume. I’m happy you all took the time to view the photo more carefully and to write a supportive, kind word about it. Gratefully, Bonnie
