Aspiring neophyte photographer, recently armed with my first ever digital SLR (Nikon D40x – 18-55mm & 55-200mm VR lens kit).

In 2008, I carried my camera almost everywhere with me, on holidays, to work, to functions and conferences, out on the weekends etc

My images are generally not photoshopped in any way (apart from cropping). I don’t see anything wrong with enhancing an image, but I mostly don’t do it to mine because I’ve got no idea how to! I’m a bumbling novice with Photoshop too.

Older photos dated in 2006 were taken with a point and shoot Konica Minolta 5mb or an Olympus 8mb.
