Yes, it is good to be cleanly in one’s habits!
I got to watch a mother and father crow make their two youngsters bathe comepletely the day before they left to fly south. I’m positive one was a boy because he almost had to be pecked in the head to be made to wash under his wings, and to duck his head all the way under! He cried and cried about it, too. Finally he was finished and mom fed him a nice bug like she did when he was a baby- right into his huge gaping maw. I was so entranced, and I knew they’d leave if I did it, that I didn’t get my camera or show myself to them. Looks like you’ve got a great place to spy on our feathered kin.

The word I am looking for is STUNNING!!!
