by a special person. i originally called him mac
bi means rain in korean
and is a character i created for my skateboard deck design

tobias was a prince
and charming
in her dreams
bi kissed her prince
seventeen thousand times
butterflies in her belly
he had plans
for his universe
the pond wasn’t
big enough
to hold his waves
she dreamed of her prince
and their first kiss by the pond
where she sat
with a daisy in her hair
and an orchid in her heart
her dreams seeped through
her cardigan button holes
her lashes grew a rainbow
that reached the storm clouds
and she built a canopy
of dragonflies
to keep the freckles from growing
on her nose and her earlobes
when she closed her eyes
he came closer
his scent, pine needles
and the lily pad grew taller
and thicker
to its east
ribbit ribbit… ribbit… ribbit… ribbit…(kiss me and turn me into a prince)
croaked tobias
as she got up to return to her cage
and a quiet sigh
