i act like their aunt at times… grandma at times… their gossip buddy at times… their servant at times… their cafeteria lady at times… their counselor at times… did i miss anything?
i’m their worst critique at this point in their life… that is until they realize that i’m doing their job(being the worst critique)...
but most of the time, i’m their friend…

i know what your saying mimi but its alot about encouragement and in order for learners to respond they must respect those who are trying to guide them -so in your case I guess they obviously have alot of time for their teacher!
