Great capture…..
As a kid I remember going and sitting next to little irrigation channel that invariably had dragon flys whirrring away ….... guiding themselves oevr the maize of wild grass that grew with total abdonment and provided good shade options for the little frogs that also lived along the water channel….... they were always so bouncey and wet. Ny ways the wings were its most valuable asset, in that they personified its beauty as well were its one and only means of transporting itself and flying. Those wings were made in heaven I say…... and loved the way the membrane of the wings used to glisten in the sun like solar panels.

I have even been called the Dragonfly Whisperer because I am able to get within inches of them and they don’t seem to mind my presence.
