The Kingfisher
The Kingfisher is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful birds in the world.
A bird that can be found living, wintering and breeding from the United kingdom, across Europe and Asia to Papua New Guinea.
Truly a world traveller, there are 86 species of Kingfisher worldwide, the Australian Kookaburra itself is part of the kingfisher family.
Here i have rendered the kingfisher in collage – truly a unique bird.
