Taken by mobile phone on bike ride at Canal Basin, Stanley Wharf, Wakefield, England. Someone at the Ship Chandlar’s shop front has put two signs too close together – or have they?
I’m reminded of the gay quarter in Manchester, England which runs along the length of Canal Street and it has a street sign high on a wall near the entrance- but some wag has climbed up to it and rubbed out the ‘C’.....
