The Easter Bunny loses it.

Ah’m sae tired o’ wee brats
In their gaudy wee hats.
Greetin’ fer sweeties and eggs.
Nae thanks Ah get;
Runnin’ roond in the wet.
Wi’ their bluidy dugs bitin’ ma legs

Ah’ve had mair than enough
O’ this Easter guff;
It’s time Ah looked oot fer me!
So Ah’ve goat ma wee sword,
An’ “beware” is the word.
Ye’ll nae get yer eggs fer free.

Nae mair fun, noo.
Ah’m “Attila the Bun”, noo.
The fiercest Bun in the land.
Dinnae touch yon treat
Ah’ve goat at ma feet
At the risk o’ losin’ yer haund!

Happy Easter, anyway.

In love with Ma Nature! Always have been, always will be. Let’s keep her safe, eh?

    He lives & breathes in our thicket. On clear, cold nights you can hear his voice… ‘Warmer…, colder… a LITTLE warmer… NO, NO – FREEZING…warmer…burning up!!’ But he’s just practicing; we’ll have to wait THREE MORE WEEKS for the baskets to materialize. Woof, Attila, bow wow wow (that’s the neighbors’ dog, Lucy)…

  • Cheers, Sheila. Don’t know about you, but I’d steer clear of a psycho Bun with a genuine Toledo sword letter opener. Probably rip up your leg like a chainsaw. This wee guy would be zipping around your thicket like a pinball on speed.

    Haha! If Attila the Bun had been around when my twins were younger….
    (I used to call them the Chicks from Hell) They would have shaken the poor Bun upside down for Easter treats! Great work, Mike! ;)

  • Many thanks, Deb. I don’t think The Bun would be a match for the twins. They’d probably tag team him!
