Yours truly on a high speed getaway tricycle, scoping out Pop’s van and wondering if the keys are still in the ignition, no doubt. Being the 50’s, they probably were. Taken outside our house on Dudley Gardens, Leith, Scotland.

He has those shifty eyes, lol.
Thanks, Al. He still does! LOL. And he’s graduated from the high speed tricycle to a Nissan Altima SER.
I can see this chap is going to do well in F1 great shot from bygone days.
Many thanks. Malcolm. Didn’t quite make it to F1, but I was a pretty good rally driver in my Mini and MG and later solo slalom in my Spitfire!
I bet you were quiye a Lad in those days Mike!!! As we all were!
Well…..I was a little on the wild side. LOL. A bit long in the tooth for that nowadays!
No apologies needed, Malcolm. Do it all the time, meself. :o)
LOL Love the title, my son had a tricycle like yours :)), nice photo Mike :)
Thanks very much, Sharon. Tricycles have evolved just a little since then, I think!
Great atmosphere to this shot, fabulous.
Many thanks, Sir. Your kind words are greatly appreciated!
Very cool shot…that looks like an oversized front wheel, no doubt for higher performance…
Many thanks, Bill. Oversized for perfomance, agility and traction in that sopay water. All needed whilst trying to escape The Law….
Much appreciated, George! Many thanks for the honour. And what a wonderful surprise!
YES! the tricycle days, I road mine right of the porch in daredevil style at the age of three, that was the beginning of my TomBoy days…Jules
Thanks so very much, Jules. I’d be about three in this shot, too. No porch to jump off. Just a van to steal! :o)
Adorable vintage capture! I think there was some admiration of the tires of dad’s car going on there! Congratulations on the feature! This is so unique!
Many thanks, Angie! I appreciate you stopping by! One of the discoveries in the shoebox archives…..
