General Population, Cornwall Jail

The “general population” cell block was the newest area of the Cornwall Jail, built during the last addition in the 1960’s. Each cell has 2 bunks and has its own toiled and small sink. This area also had an interview room for use by the lawyers of inmates in this cell block.

Greatly appreciated, Ann. Still, there are a couple of televisions and the patchy marks on the table are painted on game boards.
