I had some elbow and carpal tunnel problems about 5 years ago and this painting came out of the things I had to go through to feeling pain free…

Thanks you guys,... I really don’t remember if any of the pills helped,... what really helped was the “Alexander Technique”... look it up on Wikipedia.
