Wrecks at the Confluence of The River Swale & Faversham Creek
Photograph taken from near The Shipwrights Arms
The wrecks were approx 1km away on the opposite bank of the creek.

Next time I am in the area I hope to get a closer inspection of the wrecks

I did not know that there was such many wrecks there! What a good and interesting capture. I love your choice of sepia for this shot!

  • Thank you
    I discovered them by accident
I had been working nearby so decided to have a lunch break at the creek.
To get close to the wrecks. There is a path on the western bank of the creek from the village of Oare near Faversham. They are about 2 km from the village

You must have a heap of bad skippers in that area Mike. Poignant Photo, a favorite.

  • yes it looks like a motorway crash for trawlermen
