The Village Telephone box
This is becoming an increasingly rare sight as phone boxes are either removed because they are no longer viable or are replaced by newer open kiosks.

I absolutely love this. It looks like a still from a science fiction film.

I love this. Phone booths have disappeared from our landscape, and I often think they will be museum pieces soon. And besides, where will Superman change if all the phone booths are gone?

This phonebox is in a small village, the residents have resisted BT wishing to “modernise”.
thanks for your comments

I agree with Stephen – very cool! I live in the USA but I am half English. The last time I was there in 2004, I was dismayed to see the telephone boxes disappearing.
