Well you know how sometimes things dont look as bright as they should? How life gets to you in ways you never expected? You can change it, you have the power to pull yourself out of anything you get into.
you always end up on the brighter side of life, not just me being optimistic its true! Think negative you get negative.
Oh and my tip for helping shrink your carbon footprint? Change your light bulbs to energy efficient ones, sure they may cost a bomb but they last a heck of alot longer and use alot less energy, ive noticed a drop in my power bill :)

And a great outlook, been through a lot in my life in terms of health & finance, but have never looked at my glass as half empty, rather half full. Nor does it matter what age we’re at, we can all work at reducing our carbon footprint. Energy efficient light bulbs are one way for sure, we use them & there’s a long list of other measures that can be taken.
