Excellent work Miguel, I’m not familiar with Paintography and I assume it is painting on the compuert am I correct? Either way the work is first class!!

booboo, it is a name I have given a technique I use beginning with a hi-res photograph and importing it into mostly Photoshop CS2 or Corel or Jasc and then using the myriad of tools and colors and plug-ins that I have installed on one of my computers and using a Wacom Intous 3 tablet which puts the stylus back in your hand, I manipulate colors, the images, the background and basically to sum it up, it is painting a photograph with computer graphic tools. Just a catchy phrase when someone asks me what the hell I do. Thank you all for your kind and warm reception. It is very refreshing and I love the art. I have some writing posted as well if you care to take a gander at it. I will be posting more. I can’t decide whether to be a poor artist or poor writer, in the sense of money that is. My gratitude to all who look. miguel

justlinda, when i went back to college to get my degree, i had a malady that had to be treated with psychotropic meds and had lost my memory, so in a matter of a few years, i had a degree, my memory back, no meds and knew so much about graphic software so the secret is to start with a strong goal and never give up research. besides it gives me something to do besides plant my ass on a barstool.
