    Awesome scenery,amazing how the river branches out like a tree.

  • Thanks, Hans! The amazing thing is that it kind of branches INWARD … the water drains into (rather than out of) the larger ‘channel’ and out to the sea! Nature is pretty amazing, isn’t it?

    Great shot Mieke, almost an abstract. What kind of plane and how high were you?

  • Thanks, Charles :) We went up in a chopper and came down pretty low. I have no idea what height we were at, but you can kind of tell the scale by the length of the shadows from the trees at the water’s edge.
