Aerial shots make wonderful abstracts
Yes, I agree! I wish it was easier (and less expensive) to get them though! Lol!
Wow! could have been a tree! Amazing
Oh so lovely!!!! Wow! An outstanding fave & how amazing to have this in your portfolio! You never cease to amaze, dear Mieke!
You are such a sweetheart, Nicole!! Thank you!!!
Wonderful image Mieke….Not many of get to take a shot like this
I know – I was very lucky. They organised it as part of this workshop :) Thank you, Noel!
Awesome scenery, amazing how the river branches out like a tree.
Thanks, Hans! The amazing thing is that it kind of branches INWARD … the water drains into (rather than out of) the larger ‘channel’ and out to the sea! Nature is pretty amazing, isn’t it?
Great shot Mieke, almost an abstract. What kind of plane and how high were you?
Thanks, Charles :) We went up in a chopper and came down pretty low. I have no idea what height we were at, but you can kind of tell the scale by the length of the shadows from the trees at the water’s edge.
this is amazing Mieke, it looks like a tree! ;)
Thank you so much, Karin! Nature is incredible, isn’t it?
what an amazing abstract / fractal type image. perfectly cropped & composed
Thank you, Christopher! :)
