Whew, but what a superb series it is – magnificent work here Mieke, the light, colours and textures are wonderful! Ditto for the others in the series, LOL!
Thank you, Barb :) :) :) The colours are what amazes me… both evenings we photographed the dunes, it just changed so much in such a short space of time… all the colours of the rainbow!!

This is remarkable Mieke, there seems to be something organic about it, as if it grew that way… isn’t nature wonderful?
I agree with you Matt… but I never thought of it in those terms! Yes, it does seem like a living entity… it’s almost too perfectly formed to simply credit wind and weather for its intricacy…

I looked at this and for some reason I thought of of tongues of sand …. hmmm talking sands maybe ….or I need a tongue sandwhich. Ughhhh, pardon my digress….beautiful calm. xx
