I had to do something ‘special’ for this old beauty. It was my grandpa’s car, and then my dad’s, and I have so many memories of sitting perched on the bench seat, listening to the whistle of the air through the little triangle windows and the rattle of whatever was loose in the front, and the awesome round tail-lights, and the cool dashboard, and the gear stick that stuck out from the steering wheel…
But the end of an era has arrived. After sitting abandoned in the shed for years, Dad has decided to part ways with the old ute. I’m a bit heartbroken, but I know that I’ll never have enough $$$ to do her up properly, so this is my tribute to the old Falcon. I really hope someone can afford to spend the money needed to make her fly again!!!
