What an amazing sky Mieke, looks like a wade away from the shore for this one, tide out a long way?

Vivid is the word I’d use. And rich with color. It’s interesting how the sky graduates from deep royal blue to pale on the horizon.

Another cracker Mieke! I love the tonal range in this (almost HDR)…. so much drama!

Is this with the new lens? It’s an awesome capture Mieke. What a difference some cloud in the sky makes to an image. Fave.

  • No, I admit I haven’t had a chance to try out the new lens yet!! I did take it out one night, but our skies are so big here that you really have to use a wide angle lens to get it all in!!!
    Yes – clouds are good unless it’s raining :) :) :)
