LOL, what is it with Victorians having to talk their state up? I think there is much to be said for each state and they probably each have a few negatives too… (Best not to mention them though ;)
It was a personal rivalry thing – there were two of us from Australia on the rowing team – me from Melbourne and Loz from Perth… and I was young and ignorant, and everyone kept playing us off against each other and it became a bit of a ‘thing’ … silly us! Now she lives in the US in I live in WA… go figure!?

I’ve fallen in love with WA, wow Mieke, a stunning set of images. Maybe one day this new found love will take me there to take in all the delights of Karijini and the Pibara, the Kimberley, the Mitchell Plateau, Perth, Margaret River……..wistful sigh! For now though, I will just content myself with these wonderful shots.
