One of my favourite Old Japanese sayings
“七”- seven,”転”-fall over,”八”-eight,”起”-get up
I was reading Paulo Coelho’s “The Alchemist”.
He wrote in the introduction of the book -
“When we first begin fighting for our dream, we have no experience and make many mistakes. The secret of life, though, is to fall seven times and to get up eight times.”
