Of the many species on the face of the earth, there are not many that can be born in captivity and released in the wild and still survive, much less thrive.
But man is an exception. We are ALL born captive of that original sin, and we live caged and tormented until the day we finally meet Jesus and accept Him as Lord.
We may not have thought we were caged and tormented, but if you are a true Christian, you have come to recognize the bondages that had kept you in “captivity”.
When you were released, you thrived because your new friend had the food, the clothes, the everythings you need.
When we learn to see the unsaved people we associate with as being held prisoner, and sometimes entirely brainwashed by the enemy, we have to be the person that gives them The Gospel of Christ. That is their key.
You see the whole truth behind the captivity is that the cage unlocks from the inside. But only Jesus can tell you the combination to open yours.
