This is taken from the outer reaches of Lincoln Park in Jersey City and is meant to give the impression of how the Pulaski Skyway is not perfectly clear but looms high over the stretch between the Passaic & Hackensack River.

Thanks a lot. I myself liked this strange and strained view, as it relates the whole idea of the Meadowlands and a rural sort of scene with modest yet natural land.
