Birch fences are part of my youth where I was living,at that time my mother was mad seeing sheeps or cows in our vegetables garden and we could see hay bundles sleeping on the field.Of course I knew that if I followed the birch fence I would find the first blueberries for the love of my life,my father…a ritual I did for most of my youth. At first I only had a few bleuberries but what a treat I had looking to my father eating the first handful of those tasty wild berries.I was so proud and happy…. :))

What a beautiful story, my friend! What a special father you must have! I can just picture him eating your blueberries with a twinkle in his eye! And a lovely photo here to go with it! Thank you for inspiring my day! – Pat

Outstanding, as many of your works are!! The underplay of color balancing the gray fog is living, breathing and I can feel the lichens on the log fence, Micmac!
