Now THAT a moon shot Gigi!

Its very cool that the moon is the same size as the one on the barn.

Very good exposure and composition (as expected). Using some branches in the foreground as framing is great, and I like the way they cross the moon too! The shadow from the barn is excellent.

I did a lot of sport under moonlight ,biking,walking in the woods ,skiing and I’ve always want to reproduce images with that special blue light that I’ve seen so often…Thanks Joanne.

Oh Gigi! Timing!!!!!! I would say it is possible that this exact moment and these circumstances might appear only as often as say, once every few blue moons. NOTE: A blue moon is only once a year; the harvest moon.

The wolf in the moon howling to the moon……you could not have planned a more perfect photo. I have to say that I luv all your pictures with the snow and moon. Am envious that this is your backyard and am glad you seem to enjoy it so much in your photos.

The thing that struck me when I first saw this, was, the wolf seems desperate to jump from his faded circle, to the bright new one hovering above …... unfortunately, he has to stay there in the moons shadow …... great vision Gigi :))
