Good points. Also feel that the control we place on others and ourselves is stopping us from ever being free in thinking or body. Whilst we feel a need to control we are fearing any loss of control and this fear paralyzes many of us.

Being a controling person I ‘ve learned by gardenning that I can’t control a thing.I was afraid of to much wind, rain , sun and trying controling my fears, I give them to much power and I kept them alive.Nature is just perfect like humans with their storms,their tears and their deep emotions.Thanks for sharing your thoughts Tony xxx

This is simply amazing.

A real free thinker would need to have the quality of the wood…in a tree..adapting to circumstances…being elastic and eternal…but adapting to some form or underlying ruling creative movement…as Nature does. So the image is trying toportrait this quality in a man who shows the elasticity…doubfulness.. patience and reflexive mood needed for not being swallow by the turmoil of wishes-thinkings.
I love the result of this creation very much…it is enormously attractive and totally meaning for me.

I’m awestruck; that’s incredible!

Interpretation of the human condition is always a probing exercise, especially into oneself. This creation is the result of a ‘spark’ of recognition that these two images, if combined, would yield more than the sum of its parts. This leads the observer to ponder the meaning and texture of ones very soul. I have combined both portraits and textures, as well, but nothing I have done can hold a candle to this. This is very well done and I really like it! Pete
