A portrait of my grandson James.He looks so much older on that image,he’s only 4 years old.James doesn’t like the camera,his mother had to tell him to look at an airplane in the sky while playing in the parc,he was pretty high on the manege and I thought that the sky would made an good background…no cropping.

    How familiar to me the feeling of an absent parent. Not an easy thing to give expression to and yet you have.

    I’ve been with kids all my life and I noticed that hopless look in their faces so many times looking for answers we could never answered,so hard to loose a parent.I’m glad you like this pic. thank you Dawne…x
