I nearly cried putting myself in the scene. Kudos!

This is one of those places that (being there) you could never describe the beauty with words, but you have captured it as only you can… and it is like a little glimpse of heaven. How wonderful to be able to share it with your canine companion.

I have the same problem Gigi – about home I mean. But this is for me a stunning vision of “home” and completely and utterly beautiful! The light is exquisite and captured as only you do so well, the fog just perfect and the silhouette of the dog adds that special touch! Your home is just beautiful!

The silhouette of your dog makes it perfect :) The greenish cast of that piece of sky in the left upper corner looks a bit strange, but the highlight adds something important to the composition or 3D feeling or something else I can’t describe well… Definitely looks great framed in black :)

I’m going to pass on it for the group, but All Water in Motion would probably love it.
Why reject it for the Group? Because the sunrise, sunset, sunbeam, etc. is supposed to caputre the interest of the viewer, and in your pic, it doesn’t.
