Although he could never better the un-betterable he thought that most certainly he should have a try at improving on what was most definitely a good attempt; while there was little chance of yesterdays entry being completed in the same amount of time, nor indeed with the same measure of deft ability, his sense of pride spurred him ever onwards to the zenith of all cruciverbalist’s ambitions; pen in hand, dictionary within easy reach, pressing the stop watch, he began his daily quest against his inner demons, fighting for control of his conscious and sub conscious, channelling all of his energy into the page in front of him: Two down, five letters, often found in stables!

I knew it had to be that – you’d never write like this otherwise. :-)

  • It’s utter garbage isn’t it!

You are too funny. I actually liked this, you know. I think you used all the alphabet, too, except, I don’t see an “x”.

  • I think that J and K are missing as well… strange thing is that I didn’t set out to try and include most of the alphabet or forms of punctuation… but I nearly managed it!
