Monocoque body/chassis, Engine type: Flat-four, overhead-valve, Bore and stroke: 72.5×90 mm, Capacity: 1,486 cc, Power: 50 bhp @ 4,100 rpm, Fuel supply: Two downdraught Zenith carburettors, Suspension: Independent front, beam-axle rear, Weight: 2,156 lb, Top speed: 78 mph

Javelin were made in Bradford, and the last cars were built in 1953.

In seven years a total of 22,799 Javelins, and 899 Jupiters, were produced.
