Keep Falling

Michael Walters

Keep Falling

your old fading love was keeping me cold
chasing fires in silent nights searching for gold
I can’t see what you see if you’ve moved out of sight
and breathing seems much harder when your around

in disguise my needs, everyones relief

you said I don’t want to know another goodbye
how can i grow without your light
now the comfort of your past has burnt out
so your falling your still falling you keep falling

if we stumble into a black hole could we go back in time
change what haunts your now when you close your eyes
so keep hanging around you found the day’s not over
infect me with your beating heart and feel your breathing

in disguise my needs, everyones relief

you said I don’t want to know another goodbye
how can i grow without your light
now the comfort of your past has burnt out
so your falling your still falling you keep falling

wow,,,, i am coming to envy all these beautiful lush places you visit. This is a beautiful viewpoint of this waterfall looking up the gorge. i can only imagine the sounds of being there. I love how you’ve captured the light perfectly and that one straight strand of water coming down is so perfect! Your words match this photo so ingeniously,, just really love your lines, my fave is “infect me with your beating heart and feel your breathing” – this just makes me smile :-DD)) brilliant work as usual,,, p.s. huge fave!

  • Michael Walters replied

Well they are really beautiful and i am pretty lucky i got this on my doorstep. It was such a cool spot, i found this old track and slid down this 30 meter steep dirt drop along the side of the falls, and it really was so beautiful standing there and the sound was magic, you’d love it. Really glad you like the shot and thank you so much for your words about the song, always means a lot that you like them and so cool to make you smile:) big smiles back now:))
