Always & Forever
opened my eyes in a different way
I’m happy you saw me changing today
watching you watch the rain fall softly
it dampens your mood so please let me be
try to disguise that side of you and
you’re hoping you wont see it too
the night wants to let you go this time
and promise the stars you’ll be back again
you walked towards the closing never
and you lived in maybe
now we’re always and forever
and we know this baby
ancient sounds can’t harm you now my eyes
tell you that I’ve traveled so far
words pass away so you figured a way to draw
circles, we’re points to connect one day
if you would cry I’d feel your tears run down
my cheek, you’re hearts inside mine
your heart pulls me in and we’re soon to begin
half a world is getting closer each day
you walked towards the closing never
and you lived in maybe
now we’re always and forever
and we know this baby
