Thanks Heather, needs another visit I think :)
Beautiful!! Love this image, great composition with the tree and bench and just love the stars!
Thanks very much Candy!
Thank you Sarah!
What a beautiful scene – Love it x
Thanks Gail :)
Really suits the b&w mate. Came out very well. You got better stars than i did too.
Thanks Baz, used topaz B&W, seemed to do the trick. Really need to have another go here :)
nice work mate, the detail in the tree and the stars are excellent
Thanks Rob !
Wow! This has everything! Gorgeous tree, stars….love it!
Thanks Lori, it was a good find! Baz came up so I said lets go here, dunno what’s there but lets go anyway……:)))
I think this one needs to be seen both from a distance and close up to be fully appreciated, Mick! I love that curve of the road under the tree and the placement of the chair within the frame… and that beautiful moon… it’s a fantastic shot!
Thanks Mieke, just a quick snap while walking back to car! That is a star(bright one) not the moon, for some reason it had a halo around it due to atmosphere I guess. I doesn’t appear like this on all shots here, so maybe a cloud pasted by in the f/4 30sec exposure, dunno but it looked cool :) Processed in Topaz B&W effects, toning is “chrome” I think. You can download BW Topaz from their site.
i have all the topaz’es :) and i really love the B&W Effects one….. it worked very nicely with this shot !!! :)
Thanks Pene, yeah first time for Topaz B&W here, quite like Silver Efex Pro 2 and use it in some colour processing too.
