Ever since I uploaded …and whiskers on kittens… that song has been going around in my head. After a while I began to think that a composite that included the “raindrops on roses” bit would be fun to do. Not my normal style, but I really enjoyed making this collage. I used my own textures and three photographs of mine (the kitten, the rose, the ribbon) to create this image.
I hope you like it. : )
In between cooking, shopping, doing laundry, washing dishes, changing nappies and schooling my children I sometimes find a spare moment to doodle, draw or photograph something or someone. Those are the moments that keep me going, even if they are few and far between. Food for the artist mom’s soul.
