I felt like playing around with this tee design to make it available as cards and posters. The inspiration for this work came from The Tiger Who Came to Tea by Judith Kerr, which is one of my little ones’ favourite books, such a sweet story. I can just imagine my little Mila having tea with a tiger.
micklyn, tiger, tea, the tiger who came to tea, cupcakes, cupcake, cake, party, tea party, teapot, teacup, cup, saucer, cute, whimsical, hand drawn, childrens book, childhood, imagination, fantasy, milk jug, birthday, celebration, nursery, teaspoon, cherry, cherries, tale, tail, whimsy
In between cooking, shopping, doing laundry, washing dishes, changing nappies and schooling my children I sometimes find a spare moment to doodle, draw or photograph something or someone. Those are the moments that keep me going, even if they are few and far between. Food for the artist mom’s soul.
