Swim
This is a photo for the Melbourne Group Underwater Challenge.
This photo is unedited, the colours are how the disposable camera saw and took them.
The forum post is here
I took this shot lying at the bottom of the pool while Jo swam over the top.

The colour is so cool, I love the light/bubbles – the outstretched hands, reaching out to touch…
Leave it be….:)))

Great shot, I cant believe that is how it picked up the lighting, beautiful! Wouldnt change a thing

Well composed Michael. I like the fact that you did not let the subject dominate the view. I like the colours just as they are. Unique!

Amazing image Michael

Neat job.

Sooooo cool! Why red though?
Michael Alesich replied
The red was unintentional. This image is unedited from the original negative. For some reason that became the natural colour of the water.

Reminds me of galaxies in space.
Good work.
Michael Alesich replied
Davoid,
Considering I’ve looked at it a stack of times, I didn’t see that till now, but once you said it I can’t seem to stop seeing that.

I’m glad I gave you a different perspective. The artist is disadvantaged a bit sometimes because they are so close to their work. It’s one of the great things about Red Bubble, hey?
This photo is quite absorbing. It made me sort gaze into it (not the void…). Strange that it came out reddish, looks good though. If it was blue/green it would be obviously water, add some mystery…
